Too Much Fun at the Fair!

This is what happens when you let them out of the wagon!

Fair Time

We loaded up the Trailblazer and headed to the Williams County Fair last weekend. We had a nice afternoon touring the buildings, seeing some tractors, and chatting with familiar faces. We thought maybe all would look and smile at the camera... nope!

Heidi felt the big tractor was great. Let me drive, Daddy!

Andy was more interested in the big tire. We tried getting the kids to sit in the tire for a picture, and no one would cooperate. Sorry, Uncle Kevin & Aunt Elizabeth!

We checked out the Big Bobcat... the boys thought this would be fun to have at home.

Scoop us up, Cole!

More Fair Fun

Heidi and Andy observe Cole milking the cow in the cattle barn. Andy just loves cows these days. He watches for them whenever we take a trip in the car!

Cole was a big "leader" at the fair. He wanted to make sure we didn't miss seeing any of the animals while we were there!

Heidi and Andy took seeing all of the animals pretty well. Here, a goat tries to get a closer look at Heidi... she wasn't so sure. She was much happier when the animals couldn't get to her.

Cole felt a great need to pet any animal that was sleeping or seemed "okay to him". We were sure to remind him that he would never have farm animals at his house to pet.

Even Andy liked petting animals as long as they didn't look too scary.

The Wild Side...

And this is how they act...

Summer Snack

After all the kite flying, three children needed a cool down snack. Heidi and Andy also got to try out the new chairs Mommy picked up for them.

Kite Flying Fun!

Andy shows off his kite flying ability...

Looks pretty good before the big crash!

The speck is Cole running like a crazy man flying the kite!

Heidi checks out the situation...

A Day with Daddy

While Mommy works all day, Daddy got to stay home with the children. They adventured to the park for some playground time!Could this be considered a "meeting of the minds"?

Studly, can climb any ladder these days... Andy is making up for Cole not being a "climber" as a toddler.

Nothing like feeling the wind go through your hair on the big slide...

The oldest stops running around for ten seconds to snap a picture thru the window.

Heidi plays a bit of peek-a-boo with you!

Just Another Day...

Do you think anyone would miss me if I sneak out for a bit?

This would be a smile with "extra cheese"!

Heidi has to wear a box on her head for extra protection!
