Brush Those Teeth

These two love to brush their teeth at night. Get em' clean!

Yes - she is always this goofy anymore. She is no longer bashful... she is a full born two year old!

Of course, Cole needed a picture taken as well. All this potty training all day long is hard on him!

Potty Training Update

Potty training isn't going too bad thus far. Andy filled his chart up on Monday night and Heidi finished her chart off on Tuesday so we headed for ice cream. Andy is really getting the hang of it while Heidi seems surprised when she goes in the potty! They say girls are easier to train than boys - huh!

Let's eat ice cream!

Daddy got ice cream too... not sure why, but he was buying so we let him have some!

The wild child jumps around to burn off the calories of that mini ice cream cone!

Potty Training

We started some serious potty training on Saturday. Mommy was quite discouraged by Saturday night! The dynamic duo didn't once pee in the potty...it was a real flop! Here is one of the first times of "sitting and chilling". Yeh - they are right by the front door because we are potty training in the living room. We happen to be sweeping the floor so they sat in the entry way! They are posing with there "potty charts". If they get their potty chart filled in, they will be treated to an ice cream cone at the local dairy treat. Saturday, no one cared about ice cream cones! BUT...........

Sunday was a different story! Heidi poses with her potty chart.... she worked hard for those two stickers!

Yes - you do see three stickers! Andy had a very good day except for pooping just minutes after getting off of the potty. Mommy is trying to remember to tackle one thing at a time!

The dingbats pose together... they are suppose to be both holding their charts, but Andy thought it was funny to dramatically let it slip out of his hands as Mommy tried taking the picture. He is quite the little devil!

New Windows

The Meyer house is officially under construction! We got a brand new front window this week. They are currently working on the bedroom windows and the front door will follow them. Daddy is looking forward to doing alot of stain and varnishing for the next couple of weeks!

Cole thought it was pretty cool to enter the living room by walking thru the window opening. They were actually delivering the front window when we stopped...obviously an Anderson!

My Tomato Plant

You see, we had this broken flower pot so I bought a grape tomato plant. It grew quite nicely, and I am starting to get some produce! This is in our back yard so only the neighbors witness our red neck tendencies!

This is actually the second picking. I got so excited over the first three tomatoes that I ate them without taking the picture first! They were darn stinkin' good!

Happy 4th of July!

We celebrated the 4th of July by heading to Hamilton, Indiana to see some very nice fireworks. The kids absolutely loved them! In this picture Cole and Heidi were suppose to be posing for a picture, but Heidi lost her balance...oops!

Let's try it again... brother and sister bonding!

These are just a few pictures, but the fireworks lasted 30 minutes and were some of the best fireworks that JJ and I had ever seen. It made the kids day! We hope that all of you Blog watchers had a great 4th as well!

Misc. Pictures

Cole has been really growing and changing lately. It is really hard to believe that he will soon be in school all day. He is looking very forward to it. He is always wanting to learn new things, especially when it comes to the computer!

I caught him dancing around like a crazy man!

Andy and Daddy watch the popcorn pop. Andy finds this to be very fascinating and well worth 3 minutes of his very precious time!

Getting the Job Done

After another episode of water in the basement, we finally decided to take care of business! We had our buddy, Shane come over and put in a sump pump. This is what the area looked like before he used the "big saw" on the drain.

Sis, was right there to assist Shane in any way needed...

Shane's family came to play for the day as well. The kids were whooped by the end of the day. They are not use to having someone to play with them nonstop!

The finished area... now we need to make some walls and build a room around this lovely addition. The basement is semi back to normal after alot of scrubbing! This better solve our water problem!
